Medicine/Emergency Medicine, University of Illinois – Chicago
I was born in India and then moved to Bellevue, WA when I was five. Growing up, I was an avid fan of the Judy Moody book series. I still remember the “Judy Moody gets famous!” book where she fixed dolls with Band-Aids and returned them to the hospital so that the children could play with them. It sparked my interest in medicine and as I progressed through high school, this interest became more real. I was fascinated with human physiology and the human psyche. I attended the University of Washington for my undergraduate studies and received a degree in psychology.
My medical school journey
My journey to the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine revolves around a true passion for serving patients, especially those in medically underserved populations,” says Magham.
Hopes & Aspirations
In the future, I hope that I can continue to advocate for many more patients around the world. I’m more than excited to see where this journey will take me!
