Internal Medicine, Providence Health
I grew in Spokane, WA and went to Ferris High School where I graduated in 2014. I then attended Washington State University where I earned my BS with honors in Microbiology and a minor in Spanish. I graduated from WSU in 2018 and matriculated directly into the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine as part of the second class.
My medical school journey
Having grown up in Spokane, WA and having plans to return to eastern Washington after residency training, I was excited that I would be able to spend my clinical years in my hometown and begin to establish professional, working relationships with many of the doctors I may be working with in the future. Medical school affords us all an opportunity to rotate through a variety of different specialties during our first three years. By the end of my third year, I found myself consistently drawn back to the field of surgery and specifically otolaryngology.
Hopes & Aspirations
I plan to return to eastern Washington following residency training to practice full-spectrum otolaryngology.
