WSU Payroll facilitates the update of your name change throughout WSU system.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-cta \" >\n\t<a \t\t\t\t\thref=\"https:\/\/payroll.wsu.edu\/name-change\/\"\t\n\t\tclass=\"wsu-button  wsu-button--size-small\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\tView Instructions\t\t\t<\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/documents\/2017\/10\/90-75-request-for-change-of-name.pdf\/\">Complete the name change form<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to change your WSU email, you must contact\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/itsforms.wsu.edu\/Contact\/ContactUs.aspx\">WSU Pullman IT<\/a>\u00a0or call <a href=\"tel:5093354357\">509-335-4357<\/a>. They will update your email at your request and provide a new network ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email College of Medicine Student Affairs at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:medicine.studentaffairs@wsu.edu\">medicine.studentaffairs@wsu.edu<\/a>\u00a0with your name change that includes the following information: previous legal name, updated legal name, and new network ID (if applicable).\n<ul>\n<li>Student Affairs will inform these offices of the name change: Assessment, Evaluation, Curriculum, VCC, MedTech, appropriate regional dean, and all college Student Affairs staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to purchase a new Cougar Card or name badge with your updated name, visit WSU Spokane Student Affairs on the first floor of the Student Academic Center (SAC) and email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:spok.sa@wsu.edu\">spok.sa@wsu.edu<\/a>\u00a0to request your card access be transferred to your new card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here are additional places you may need to update your name.
