SUMMARY:All of Us Journey
DESCRIPTION:September 20-23\, 10:00am-5:00pm daily \nWSU Spokane Campus walk\, south of the Academic Center (SAC) \nThe All of Us Mobile Education & Enrollment Center is a hands-on experience to build awareness and excitement about the All of Us Research Program\, supported by the National Institutes of Health. Come aboard this traveling educational exhibit to learn how you can help shape the future of health for yourself\, your family\, your community\, and generations to come.  The Journey features interactive activities\, videos\, games\, quizzes\, and more – all designed to demonstrate the power of your participation in health research. \nHow Can All of Us Make a Difference? \nAll of Us is building a diverse database that can inform thousands of studies on a variety of health conditions. This creates more opportunities to: \n\nKnow the risk factors for certain diseases\nFigure out which treatments work best for people of different backgrounds\nConnect people with the right clinical studies for their needs\nLearn how technologies can help us take steps to be healthier\n\nBenefits of Taking Part \nWe’re all human\, but we’re not all the same. Often our differences—like age\, ethnicity\, lifestyle habits\, or where we live—can reveal important insights about our health. By participating in the All of Us Research Program\, you may learn more about your health than ever before\, including information about your DNA. Some examples include ancestry\, traits\, and certain health-related DNA results that you could share with your health care provider. \nCheck out these videos to learn more about the All of Us Journey \nProgram Overview:  allofus.nih.gov/about/program-overview \nHow you can participate/learn more:  youtube.com/watch?v=oJ4Iy6pajKE\, allofus.nih.gov/get-involved/participation
