Record\, MD\, JD\, FACP and Craig Fischer\, Senior Director of Organizational Leadership and Development\, and learn more about the vision and purpose behind the Council. \nThe Staff Council was created to foster an inclusive space where staff are heard\, valued\, celebrated and empowered to influence positive change within the organization. \nTogether\, we’ll explore questions such as: \n\nWhat’s working well for staff at the College of Medicine\, and what should we protect or build on?\nWhat challenges are staff navigating right now\, and where can we make things better?\nWhat would help you feel supported\, valued\, and able to grow — both personally and professionally?\n\nStaff are encouraged to ask questions\, share their thoughts\, and join the conversation throughout this 45-minute interactive discussion. \nRegister
