The Program of Excellence in Addictions Research (PEAR) is hosting two open forum lunches this fall. One on September 21 and one on November 30. All who are interested in addiction science across WSU are welcome. Two lunches will be hosted in the hopes that everyone who is interested can attend at least one.<\/p>\n
The current director, Sterling McPherson, PhD, will facilitate the forum and give a brief overview and history of PEAR before sharing some recent survey results while participants eat lunch. Then, discussion will begin on how the next chapter of this program can best serve addiction science research programs at WSU, including collaborations and the provision of complementary activities with programs such as the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Research Program.<\/p>\n
