Outcomes of the study will shape this faculty development session in helping College of Medicine faculty and staff learn about compassion fatigue, be able to identity when they or their colleagues are experiencing it, as well as discuss steps we as individuals and as an organization can address the effects of compassion fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>This live session is hosted in TalentLMS, our new LMS system.
