In July of 2015, Ms. Lowe became the Executive Director of the AIHC. Working with the AIHC, she has utilized her vast knowledge of the Indian Health Care Delivery System, state and federal regulations that govern the Indian Health and insurance coverages to implement statewide strategies supporting Tribal and Urban Indian health programs.
