Floyd College of Medicine, recently received a prestigious appointment. Harrison will serve as Chair of the Committee on Admissions (COA) for the AAMC Group on Student Affairs (GSA). According to committee leadership, Harrison&#8217;s appointment reflects the esteem of her colleagues and their confidence in her leadership skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the chair of COA, Harrison will bring issues around medical school admissions to the forefront of various regional and national meetings, workshops, and conferences.
