{"id":30295,"date":"2024-05-24T11:30:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-24T18:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medicine.wsu.edu\/news\/?p=30295"},"modified":"2024-05-24T11:39:01","modified_gmt":"2024-05-24T18:39:01","slug":"fiscal-year-end-2024-cutoff-dates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medicine.wsu.edu\/news\/2024\/05\/24\/fiscal-year-end-2024-cutoff-dates\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal Year End 2024 Cutoff Dates"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Based upon historical fiscal year cutoff dates, Business and Finance Services has compiled the following guidelines for Fiscal Year End 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wsu-font-size--xmedium wp-block-heading\">Friday, March 29:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Capital equipment purchases to Pullman Purchase Services<\/li><li>Supplies and services non-capital equipment purchases to Pullman Purchase Services (includes tax-exempt orders)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wsu-font-size--xmedium wp-block-heading\">Contract Requests Submitted 5\/1\/23 \u2013 5\/31\/23 (Under $10,000)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Will be prioritized and a concentrated effort made to process in FY24<\/li><li>Requesters will be contacted if there will be a delay<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wsu-font-size--xmedium wp-block-heading\">Contract Requests Submitted 5\/1\/23 \u2013 5\/31\/23 (Over $10,000) and all requests submitted 6\/1\/23 \u2013 6\/28\/23<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Miss the Purchasing and Contract Services\u2019 FYE cutoff date and most likely will not be processed in FY24<\/li><li>They will be prioritized in FY25<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Student Affiliation Agreements and Away Rotation Agreements will continue to be processed and will be prioritized by their need by date.
