If you don\u2019t, commitment estimates that you placed on your budget when you submitted the spend authorization will stay on your budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is a reason you are not checking the \u201cFinal Expense Report\u201d box, you must put a reason on the memo line as to why you are not checking the box.
