He says, despite a common belief, it&#8217;s likely not related to eating lunch but instead is caused by not getting enough sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His solution? Stand up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wsu-spacing-after--xsmall\">&#8220;The moment you stand, you&#8217;ll feel that pressure for sleepiness less strongly,&#8221; Von Dongen said.
