His projects were chosen from more than 1,000 submissions to the conference&#8217;s 31st Annual Medical Student Member Abstract Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gao presented &#8220;Chemotherapy in Pregnancy: A Case of Thyroblastoma With Long-Term Prognosis,&#8221; a rare report on chemotherapy use during pregnancy, and &#8220;NUT Carcinoma: Pulmonary Malignancy With No Smoking History,&#8221; a case that underscores the need for greater awareness and early detection of rare cancers.
