This initiative is designed to foster collaborative growth, continuous improvement, and a supportive community of educators committed to professional development.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This pilot is open to all educators teaching in-person sessions for the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine (in any department or program) on the Spokane campus.
