While sleep duration increased in the following weeks to 7.3 hours nightly, the stretches of uninterrupted sleep remained scarce, with the longest stretch increasing from 3.2 hours to just 4.1 hours, a novel finding.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wsu-spacing-after--xsmall\">Department of Translational Medicine and Physiology faculty Devon Hansen, PhD, LMHC, and Hans Van Dongen, PhD, contributed to
