Floyd College of Medicine <a href=\"https:\/\/tech.medicine.wsu.edu\">Office of Technology<\/a> effective July 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wsu-spacing-after--xsmall\">Campus-level IT Services will no longer support the following for Spokane-based colleges and affiliated units, including the College of Medicine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Desktop support and troubleshooting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Device management, procurement, provisioning, de-provisioning, repair, and replacements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Printing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programmatic conference and classroom spaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research computing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software license management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telework agreements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The College of Medicine Office of Technology is developing a transition plan for these services and asks for patience as the team navigates this change and determines how best to support this work across the college.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact the Office of Technology for Help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>509-368-6848<br><a href=\"mailto:medicine.tech@wsu.edu\">medicine.tech@wsu.edu<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/wsu-medicine.slack.com\/\">Slack<\/a> at #medtech-help<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MedTech team is exploring additional options for providing support via Teams or Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team plans to schedule a series of optional technology check-ins with units across the college.
