Floyd College of Medicine, has been selected by the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) to join the 2026 class of AIUM Fellows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fellow status represents the highest level of professional recognition in the field of medical ultrasound. This distinction recognizes Dr. Coiado&#8217;s contributions to research, leadership, and education in medical ultrasound over the past two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEach year, the AIUM is honored to recognize individuals whose leadership, service, and commitment have meaningfully advanced both our organization and the field of medical ultrasound,\u201d AIUM President David C.
