Floyd College of Medicine&#8217;s Family Medicine Residency Program in Pullman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Associate Program Director Molly Thompson, MD, recently completed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afmrd.org\/nipdd-faculty-the-academic-council\/nipdd-info\">National Institute for Program Director Development<\/a> (NIPDD) fellowship, a highly competitive professional development program hosted by the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors in collaboration with other major medical organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The NIPDD fellowship uses a one-of-a-kind, adult learning model to enhance knowledge, attitudes, and skills and to equip participants to become effective residency program directors,&#8221; according to the program website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s cohort of nine fellows were celebrated in a March 3 graduation ceremony in Dallas, Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading
