Floyd College of Medicine. Nominations are due March 27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All College of Medicine faculty and staff are eligible to apply or to nominate a colleague to serve on the committee. Nominations may be submitted by completing the required form on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/provost.wsu.edu\/about\/search\/medicine-dean\/\">search webpage<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The members of the Search Advisory Committee will be announced in April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dean James Record, MD, JD, FACP, <a href=\"https:\/\/news.wsu.edu\/news\/2026\/02\/11\/dr-james-record-to-step-down-as-dean-of-the-elson-s-floyd-college-of-medicine\/\">announced last month<\/a> his intention to step down as dean of the college and return to a faculty role in the Department of Medical Education and Clinical Sciences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of the Provost is seeking nominations for a Search Advisory Committee in the national search for the next dean of the Elson S.
