Floyd College of Medicine MD students Anna MacCamy and Carmella Crooks presented projects at the National Emergency Medical Services Educators (NAEMSE) annual conference in Reno, Nevada, last month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their projects explored representation in paramedic training textbooks and strategies for conducting research with EMS and medical students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The students also had an opportunity to meet Dr. Bayo, a nationally recognized physician, health advocate, and content creator.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elson S.
