Reporting Tool
WSU College of Medicine provides an online form with a way to report concerns that may be violations of college policies or other state and federal laws and regulations.
Reports can be submitted anonymously and are accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our online reporting form is confidential.
- Anyone, including the public, can submit a concern if they suspect misconduct (students, faculty, staff, University, and non-University)
- You may file an online report or email the WSU College of Medicine Office of Compliance through medicine.compliance@wsu.edu.
- Supporting documents can be uploaded or attached to your report
- When reporting, please provide all details regarding the concern, including who, what, when, where, and why you think the matter occurred so that it can be fully evaluated and addressed as appropriate.
