I am passionate about first providing excellent, evidence-based clinical care to patients in the hospital and safe transition of our patients to their life out of the hospital, and about improving our care on a system level. All this should be done with the patient as a whole person at the center. Small changes we make to optimize our system have the potential to impact hundreds to thousands of patients.
