Additional Information

Dr. Nalty has worked her entire career in the small town of Monroe, Wash. Out of residency, she joined seven other like-minded family physicians at Monroe Family Practice. After several years, they joined Providence Medical Group. They chose Providence because its mission of caring for the poor and vulnerable reflected their own.

Dr. Nalty has 25 years of experience in family medicine. She started her career providing the full range of family medicine services, including obstetrics, inpatient management of patients of all ages, and surgical assisting. As her community grew and specialists were added to her group, her career has evolved to an outpatient only practice with an additional role in group leadership.

  • 2008: Medical Director, PMG Monroe
  • 2010: Regional Medical Director, PMG Monroe/Snohomish
  • 2014 – Present: PMG Co-chair of Primary Care
