Lisa is an enrolled member of the Central Council of Tlingit and Haida Tribes. She previously served as the Director of a Tribal Behavioral Health/Wellness Center and has worked with American Indian/Alaska Native Tribes, communities, and Urban Indian Organizations for over 30 years.
