Biography

What inspired you to pursue medicine?
My dad was diagnosed with cancer when I was in elementary school, so I was exposed to the impact of a skilled, caring, and incredible medical team from a young age. As a result, I was inspired early to join medicine, and I am passionate about providing high touch, personalized, and compassionate care for both patients and families. I aspire to help people find the medical team and lifestyle that bring them the most health and happiness possible. My clinical interests include cancer prevention and survivorship and women’s health.

What are your passions and hobbies outside of work?
I am happiest outside on a trail – on foot, bike, ski, or horse! I love road tripping, camping, and planning outdoor adventures with my family and two dogs, and my newest endeavor is sharing a love for nature with my daughter.

What would you do if you hadn’t pursued medicine?
In a parallel world, I would love to work in outdoor education to foster community and access outside, run a horse packing ranch, or open a cafe along a popular bike trail!
