The Daily Evergreen featured fourth-year medical student Nina Thach and her hopes to honor the community and bridge culture gaps through medicine.
“I want to someday inspire the younger generation, especially Southeast Asian females, to really venture out and do what they want to do,” said Nina.
This piece also covers Nina’s community involvement, interests outside of the classroom, and her impact on other medical students. “She’s very cooperative and helps facilitate discussion and include everyone,” said fellow classmate MS4 Emily Thorn.
