Mitigating Bias for Search Committees training is now available in Percipio Compliance. In this self-paced eLearning course, participants will learn about six different types of bias that may appear during the hiring process and methods for mitigating those biases.
This training is required for all College of Medicine employees per the Inclusive Excellence Training for Search Committees Policy.
If you have previously completed this training through CloudCME, your completion date will be carried over to Percipio.
