Business and Finance Tips: Adding a P-Card Transaction to an Existing Verification

Use these helpful steps from Business and Finance Services the next time you need to add a P-card transaction to an existing verification.

  1. Open the P-card verification (PC#) to which a charge or credit needs to be added.
  2. Click on the blue “Add” button, a new “Credit Card Transaction” field will open.
  3. Click on the three bars to the right side of the field and a list of transactions will show. These are the same transactions you’ll see if go into “Verify Procurement Card Transactions.”
  4. Choose the transaction to add, it will then show in the list of items on the left.
  5. Click on the list and add the needed information.
  6. Click the “Submit” button and it will route for approvals.
