The Office of Strategic Management, reporting to the Office of the Dean, leverages technology and data-driven tools to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and foster operational excellence across all units. Its mission is to foster innovation, accountability, and operational success through effective strategy development, execution, and oversight.

Strategic Planning
We ensure alignment of initiatives with the college’s mission by collaborating with leadership and relevant parties to oversee strategic planning activities, develop objectives and key results, monitor progress, administer planning technologies, and integrate unit-level plans with organizational goals.
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement by consistently monitoring and evaluating performance, implementing data-driven enhancements, and promoting collaboration to elevate educational outcomes and institutional effectiveness.
Data Strategy
The Data Strategy Team collaborates with units across the college to measure key outcomes and empower teams to engage in transparent, effective decision-making. The team offers expertise in analytics, reporting, and impact assessment.
Project Management
Our project management approach focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, accountability, and strategic alignment through standardized frameworks, oversight of strategic projects, training, collaboration, and robust reporting systems.
Technology & Innovation
The Office of Technology is dedicated to supporting the college through innovative and effective applications of technology. We draw on a wide range of experience and focus on clearly defined goals and practical, people-oriented solutions.
Accreditation
Our office works closely with the Faculty Accreditation Lead to manage documentation, planning, and operations for the LCME Accreditation process at the College of Medicine. Detailed information is available on the College’s Accreditation page.
