Research
Overall my research has focussed in developing and evaluating substance use disorder treatment.
More specificacly, I’ve been conducting research in the intersection of four main areas:
- Development of novel tecnologies for substance use disorder treatment (e.g., telehealth, app-based interventions, etc.)
- Integrating pharmacological and behavioral interventions for substance use disorder
- Development and evaluation of interventions for substance co-use (e.g., alcohol and smoking; methamphetamine and opioid co-use)
- Development and evaluation of interventions for substance use disorder for underserved populations (i.e., rural population, homeless population, LMIC),
