Riley Irish was raised in Western Washington and has worked across King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties since 2019. They are an organizer and facilitator with a background in frontline social service work. Riley is energized by the exercise of democracy and consensus building; working together to build systems and allocate resources that reflect the needs as well as the vision of communities.  

Previously, Riley worked for the IAF Pacific’s network of community organizers as the Program Facilitator and Administrative Organizer. Riley coordinated trainings on the fundamentals of community organizing and co-facilitated work focused on building solidarity between indigenous and non-indigenous institutions.  In their work in Everett alongside the Internal Medicine Residency Program, Riley is working to build the foundation for patients, healthcare workers, and WSU residents to address the health disparities impacting people across Snohomish County.
