Apply to the CIPHERS Education Scholars Program

Collaboration for Interprofessional Health Education Research & Scholarship (CIPHERS) is offering an Education Scholars Program (ESP), a longitudinal faculty development program. Aimed at WSU faculty in the health professions, the program will deepen their understanding of learning theory as it informs practice and help participants apply these concepts to developing their education scholarship skillset.

Eligibility

The ESP is open to all WSU health professions faculty from all campus locations. Individuals with teaching responsibilities who anticipate career paths dedicated to teaching, leadership, and scholarship in health professions education are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & format

Scholars will participate in 9 monthly 3.5-hour synchronous sessions from October 2023 – May 2024 in a hybrid format to accommodate in-person and virtual attendance.
