All WSU faculty are invited to participate in a first-ever join research symposium with Seattle Children’s Research Institute. The symposium aims to facilitate engagement and generate opportunities for research collaboration across WSU Health Sciences and Seattle Children’s, with the ultimate goal of helping kids in Washington and beyond live healthier lives.
Those doing work in the broad areas of health equity and pediatric health are encouraged to participate. Specific areas of work could include, but are not limited to, autism, substance use disorder, sleep, vaccines, and more.
The symposium will be held at the WSU Spokane campus on Friday, Sept 6. Applications to present are due by Aug. 2 and registration to attend is due by Aug. 23. More specifics will be emailed to attendees prior to the event.
