Internal Medicine Residency to Host Arts in Medicine Event in Everett

A person wearing medical scrubs and a white coat is shown from behind walking toward a brightly lit building entrance at dusk, holding books in one hand and a stethoscope in the other. Medical-themed banners hang from the surrounding lamp posts along the pathway.

The Internal Medicine Residency–Everett will host an “Arts in Medicine” event on Feb. 4 to celebrate individuals’ passions and talents. The event will take place 3:00–5:00 p.m. in the MOB conference room.

Residents and faculty can get involved by showcasing a talent at the event (e.g., playing an instrument, performing improv, demonstration of jiu jitsu, telling a story, etc.) or offering a personally made item or activity to “auction” off to someone in the audience (e.g., artwork, handcrafted items, golf or pickle ball lessons, face painting at birthday parties, etc.).

Faculty, staff, residents, and interested family members are invited to attend.
