Calling all faculty and staff interested in supporting the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine’s 2026 Commencement Ceremony on May 8 at Eastern Washington University in Cheney. The deadline to sign up is April 1.
Volunteers are needed in a variety of roles to ensure a smooth and meaningful experience for our graduates, including student check-in support, lineup coordination, information desk attendants, and more.
Support staff should plan to be available in Cheney from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Some roles may require an earlier start time or slightly later end time. Please be sure to discuss your availability with your supervisor prior to committing.
