Continuous quality improvement is underway at the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine’s Family Medicine Residency Program in Pullman.
Associate Program Director Molly Thompson, MD, recently completed the National Institute for Program Director Development (NIPDD) fellowship, a highly competitive professional development program hosted by the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors in collaboration with other major medical organizations.
“The NIPDD fellowship uses a one-of-a-kind, adult learning model to enhance knowledge, attitudes, and skills and to equip participants to become effective residency program directors,” according to the program website.
This year’s cohort of nine fellows were celebrated in a March 3 graduation ceremony in Dallas, Texas.
