The College of Medicine is seeking faculty and staff volunteers to help us create an amazing experience for our students and their families during our 2023 Commencement Ceremony.

Volunteer roles
We need volunteers for various roles, including pre-event set-up, check-in, wayfinding, graduate line-up, clean-up, and more.
Volunteer schedules and time commitments will vary depending on the pre-designated role.

The deadline to sign up is Friday, April 21 by 5:00 p.m.
Confirmation as well as additional instructions regarding role availability and schedules will be sent to individuals closer to the event.
