Modern work is so complex and change so pervasive that it can negatively affect us all. It is essential to recognize that this is a systemic challenge, not a personal failing.
This session presented by Craig Fischer and Tina Lindquist, PhD, will focus on understanding the systematic factors but focus on very practical and actionable actions you can take. You will gain tools and frameworks to build a personal well-being plan, learn how to spot early warning signs of fatigue, and understand how to weave small moments of self-care into your daily routine.
To best meet the diverse needs of faculty and staff, this training is offered in two Zoom-only formats for you to choose from. Both formats cover the same core content and goals.
Session 1: Interactive (Cameras-On)
