Noon–1:00 p.m.

This event is hosted by the Office for Faculty Affairs and Continuing Professional Development in collaboration with Craig Fischer, Senior Director of Organizational Leadership and Development in The Office of Organizational and Leadership Development.

This interactive session focuses on practical, immediately applicable techniques for navigating feedback conversations with confidence and care.

Participants will learn how to deliver feedback that is specific, timely, and actionable while maintaining strong relationships. The session will also explore strategies for receiving feedback with curiosity rather than defensiveness, turning difficult conversations into opportunities for learning and growth. Through discussion, reflection, and real-world examples, participants will leave with tools they can use immediately with colleagues and team members.

This session is intended for College of Medicine faculty and staff only.
