Join the WSU College of Medicine Group on Women in Medicine and Science (GWIMS) for an informal Lunchtime Chat. This event provides a space to discuss various topics related to the advancement and successful participation of women and those who identify as women in science and medicine.

This month Craig Fischer, senior director of Organizational Leadership and Development, will facilitate an informal discussion on organizational allyship—how the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine can be an ally for all employees. The lens will be focused on systems, processes, and future training offerings, but the goal is a free-flowing discussion.
