This event is hosted by the Office for Faculty Affairs and Continuing Professional Development.
This session, presented by Ranna Nash, PhD; Susan Hecker, MD, FACP; and Sara Scott, MD, FAAEM focuses on the realities of clinical learning environments across different clerkship contexts. Using specialty-specific cases and lived experiences, faculty will practice applying inclusive strategies that support learning, patient safety, and professional standards. Emphasis is placed on consistent expectations, transparent communication, and proactive design rather than reactive accommodations.
This session is intended for College of Medicine faculty and staff only.
