Understanding Student Challenges: Join the Open Q&A Discussion with OSE
March 4 at 10:10 am – 11:00 am PST
March 4, 2026
10:10 – 11:00 a.m. PST
Zoom
For College of Medicine faculty and staff only.
Students face many challenges beyond the classroom and clerkships—financial pressures, personal stressors, and career planning concerns. We’re bringing together some of our wonderful colleagues from the Office of Student Experience to lead an open discussion about these realities and how we, as faculty and staff, can better support our students.
This is an informal, participant-driven conversation—your questions will guide the discussion. Whether you want to learn more about what students are going through or explore practical ways to help, this is your chance to connect and share ideas.
We will be joined by:
- Max Eckhardt, CLU®, RICP®, Student Financial Wellness Advisor
- Tina Lindquist, PhD, Director of Student Support Services
- Lisa Burch-Windrem, EdD, Associate Dean for Student Affairs
- Heidi Doolittle, Learning Specialist, Student Learning Center
