The WSU College of Medicine Office of Faculty Development exists to create, deliver, and distribute programs that nurture and grow our faculty as educational leaders. From individualized coaching on teaching methodology to college-wide didactics and peer-to-peer mentoring, we offer a wide range of resources to help build an inclusive and supportive faculty educator community.

Skillport  is a WSU online learning portal that allows you to access Over 3,500 interactive online courses and over 25,000 online books are available to WSU employees. Skillport houses mandatory training courses, but it is also a very helpful place for self-led learning of other topics.

Access Preceptor Resources

The College of Medicine has access to, a comprehensive web-based resource that connects medical schools and residency programs to community preceptors. It provides point-of-need instruction for preceptors in the form of videos, tips, answers to frequently asked questions, and links to in-depth information on precepting topics.
