Why is Leadership Education Important?
As a leader your job is to identify those different skills and synchronize them, it’s like an orchestra. What are the superpowers that my team members have and how do I create a platform where their best can be brought forward.

What Makes a Good Leader?
One of the things I take a lot of stock in is vulnerability in leadership…and that’s the willingness of a leader to show their human side in building relationships. One of the definitions of a great leader is someone who can say, ‘I was wrong’, ‘I’m sorry’, ‘I need your help’. It’s that vulnerability and humility that will be great as a role model as well to define the characteristics of everyone with whom you work.

How Does Culture Affect Organizational Success?
Your values really are a very important thing to call out on your leadership journey because that’s going to be your north star. When decision have to be made quickly, when things are not clear, your values determine what step you take next.
