5:00–5:45 Social Determinants of Health mini presentations, Photo Land photo booth, Appetizers and Refreshments (in breezeway)
5:45–6:05 Welcome and six-year program highlights (banquet room doors open)
6:05–6:25 Photo Voice discussion and looking at photos (Chocolate fountain will be made available)
6:25–6:45 Peer-to-Peer review and student experiences 
6:45–7:00 Selected 9th grade presentations on their projects 
7:00–7:20 12th Grade Celebration and student experiences
7:20–7:30 Sparkling Apple Cider Cheers
