• Learn from local youth about their Social Determinants of Health solutions and why they are passionate about the paths they’ve chosen
• Hear from youth leaders in the Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Program and how they are making a difference in their communities
• Special remarks from Dr. Bob Lutz on staying true to your winding path
