The Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine Group on Women in Medicine and Science (GWIMS) advocates for women’s advancement in leadership and education, research, clinical practice and administration. The group facilitates networking and mentoring for women faculty, staff, students, residents and fellows and connects with allies, professional groups, and the community.
