Researchers at WSU Spokane are looking for faculty from the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences to participate in small group discussion meetings. Participants will meet with an interprofessional faculty group bimonthly to discuss an assigned topic, socialize, and build relationships.
Groups will be provided a voucher to purchase a snack and/or non-alcoholic beverage to enjoy during the meetings.
Requirements
- Adults 18 years of age or older
- Medicine, nursing, or pharmacy faculty at Washington State University Health Sciences
- Able to speak and read English
- Able to attend twice monthly discussion groups for six months
- Able to complete online questionnaires before and after the study
