National Rare Disease Awareness Day

February 29 is National Rare Disease Awareness Day. To recognize the day locally, Rare Disease Day Spokane will host an advocacy event to draw attention to rare diseases as an important public health issue.

7th Annual Rare Disease Day Spokane Speaker Event

This is an opportunity for patients, caregivers, medical professionals, health sciences students, educators, and advocates to come together to learn about rare diseases and what it’s like to live with or care for someone with a rare disease.
