The Office for Faculty Affairs and Continuing Professional Development is excited to launch the pilot of the Peer Observation Program. This initiative is designed to foster collaborative growth, continuous improvement, and a supportive community of educators committed to professional development.
This pilot is open to all educators teaching in-person sessions for the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine (in any department or program) on the Spokane campus. Participants will have the opportunity to receive both general and focused feedback in an area of their choosing, offering meaningful insights tailored to their teaching goals.
We are now accepting applications for our Peer Observation Program! Apply now to participate in the spring term as either an educator to be observed, an observer, or both.
Keep an eye out for reminder emails to apply before the start of each quarter/semester!
